An Aspen resident since 1967, Marty began his building career nearly 50 years ago. In 1974, he founded Schlumberger Construction Company and began focusing on custom home construction and remodeling. Marty’s lifelong philosophy is to obtain the best product for the best price, without compromising quality. Marty maintains daily involvement in construction projects and is routinely present on each jobsite. Jana Bouchard
Office Manager & Accounting Officer

Jana has been with Schlumberger Construction for 30 years. Her responsibilities include payroll processing, monthly billings, subcontractor audits, job cost summaries, lien waiver issuances and client reports. Center Photo.

Scott Scherer
Project Manager & Estimator

Scott began employment with SCC in 2002. He has an Engineering Degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Colorado. He is an experienced project manager and responsible for the company’s daily operations. Second from Left Photo.

Cameron McIntyre
Jobsite Superintendent

Cameron has been with Schlumberger Construction since 2004. As superintendent, Cameron offers critical attention to detail and particularly excels in his interaction with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers. Cameron has been awarded BEST Card Certification. Second from Right Photo.

Phil Anderson
Jobsite Foreman/Carpenter

Phil has been employed with Schlumberger Construction for 20 years. He is an experienced, multi-faceted carpenter who excels in servicing client requests, remodel ideas, maintenance and repairs. Frank Montalbano
Project Manager

Frank is an experienced project manager and is responsible for developing project budgets, schedules, and value engineering strategies.  He also tracks contracts and schedules with subcontractors and suppliers in order to keep projects on schedule and in budget. Frank interacts with the field and coordinates all aspects of the construction.

David Kwiatkowski
Project Manager

David has been in the valley for thirty years and has extensive experience in the commercial construction including new commercial and tenant finish out. He is currently leading several remodels in Aspen’s commercial core this year.

Andrew Wegner
Project Manager/Estimator

Andrew is the newest member to join the team. He graduated from the University of Denver this year with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. He has a working background in commercial and residential construction and is proving to be a great asset to the team.

Audrey Tom
Office Assistant Manager

Audrey works with Jana on all aspects of company operations. In addition, she oversees company data bases, technology and is essential support for team members in the field.
